Students must earn a total of at least 34 credits:
12 credits from Common Core Subjects, 6 credits from Course Subjects, 12 credits from Research Training Subjects, 4 credits from Interdisciplinary Veterinary Sciences Subjects and Cutting-edge Practical Subjects (at least 1 credit must earn from each subject category).
Students must earn at least 10 credits from the partner university out of the total number of credits earned.
Students must choose either Veterinary Basic Sciences, Veterinary Health Sciences, or Veterinary Clinical Sciences. Among the Course Subjects, students must take Advanced Lecture A and B offered by their home university and Advanced Lecture C offered by the partner university (2 credits respectively). Among Research Training Subjects, students must take Special Seminar A (8 credits) and B (2 credits) from their home university and Special Seminar C (2 credits) offered by the partner university.
Subjects marked with an asterisk (*) are offered jointly by Iwate University and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT), and half of the credits are counted as credits offered by the other university.
